Glen Harold Apelgren INDIANAPOLIS Ind. — Glen Harold Apelgren, 61, former Gladstone resident, passed away in Indianapolis, Ind.

He was born April 5, 1945, in Danville, Ky., and was the son of Harold and Mary (Gadberry) Apelgren.

He graduated from Gladstone High School in the Class of 1963 and the attended Kalamazoo Community College and Western Michigan University from 1970 until 1973.

He was involved with the Indian blind and visually impaired services since 1990.

Glen managed a vending machine business, Express Vending, for the past seven years.

Glen Harold Apelgren is survived by: his sister, Carmen Apelgren of Los Angeles, Calif.; brothers, Lynn Apelgren of Indianapolis, Kendall Apelgren of Au Train, and Jon Apelgren of Waterford, Wis.; and nieces and nephews, Jayce Apelgren, Jenna Apelgren, Paul Apelgren and Rachel Apelgren.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at the Anderson Funeral Home in Gladstone. Memorial funeral services for Glen Harold Apelgren will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Anderson Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Hudson from the United Evangelical Covenant Church officiating. The Anderson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
